Step and touch potential calculations

I am looking for either a simple way to calculate step and touch potentials or a software package that will do it. I don't need a huge program like CDEGS. Does anyone have any advice?

IEEE Std 80-2000, IEEE Guide for Safety in AC Substation Grounding, Section 16.5 and Annex D provide "simplified" step and mesh equations.
