Hi All,
I need some help,
I'm new for this forum and who can suggest me how to design steel racking system or who can help me to create some programing for this structural type.
Thank you in advance

Steel racking is done with all simply supported spans and pinned connection. Most of the concerns are shear at the connections followed by bending of the shelf sections. Bearing of the posts on the concrete slab then needs to be checked.

Get to work....lots of repetitive members

Thank you for your advised Ron.
I have some attached of drawing that made me crazy,Where can i find the standard how to design the post size and the conn. at "A" on drg.
I can not imagine,Do we have the moment act on the post or just only the axial force
Could someone advice me for more details on it?
Thank you.

adnan...this is relatively easy structural engineering. If you are a structural engineer as your handle notes, then developing the column sizes should be straightforward.

As belbos notes, racking manufacturers have already done most of the work for you. Consult a couple of them.
