You're talking about the inner workings of the program. True the steel code they are based upon is publicly available, but the syntax of the subroutines is unique and proprietary. There's no way RISA for example would share it's source code. That's the heart and soul of their copyright and patent and what they have paid a lot of money for their programmers to do.
