Dear All,

can any one help with steam manifold and condensate manifold tracers line support arrangement. If any site photo it is more helpful for us to proceed the work at site

This is more for the Piping Engineering Forum.

If understood correctly, the steam tracer tube is branched from the steam manifold with a valve connection, and laid it along with the pipe to be heat traced and tied up with the SS strip. Depending on the temperature requirement, the tracer(s) can be either route along the pipe to be heat traced or spirally wrap around it.

After steam was cooled down along the pipe, the tracer is routed to a steam trap for recycling the condensate back to the condensate collection system.

Good to Google photos with the terms, such as steam manifold, condensate manifold, or steam trap for reference.
