Steam Jacketed Valves with Jumpover (Jumpers) & Steam Traps

Please provide or refer me to guidelines for steam trap installation for a series of steam jacketed valves in series connected with jumpers. The basic question is how frequently steam traps should be installed (e.g. for every three valves in series, for every 10 ft total, etc., etc).

Aside from the trap people the CSI people did have a lot of information available on steam heated jacketed lines.
