Steam DP Flow Meter.

Hi, we have two 100lb steam lines, one is 14 inches and the other is 10 inches.

The taps on both lines are going into the flange,

For the 10 inch lines we have the following specs.
K1- 1.000"
K2- 1.000"

Capacity: 60,000.00 lbs/hr
Orifice plate: 6.5162"

For the 14 inch lines we have the following specs.
K1 1.000"
K2 1.000"

Capacity: 100,000.00 lbs/hr
Orifice plate: 9.6701"


What would be the correct formula to figure out scaling for these?

The numbers we came up with are,
RC10" - (358.9)(1.0055)(.98)(.685)(42.4)√(100/2.768= ) 61,734pph
RC14" - (358.9)(1.0055)(.988)(.73)(93.5)√(250/2.768= ) 231,269pph

Am I on the right track or way off?
