steam cost and usage 1

hi,,is there any site which can taught me on how to compute manually the cost of steam and it's usage in a manufacturing plant..i know there is a software or you can make an excell spreedshit but i don't know how to do it....i research in our local library but i did not seen any books regarding with the above problems...hope you can help me...thanks..
