Please, can anybody tell me where can I find a reciprocating steam compressor with the following characteristics:

Capacity: 800 kg/h
Inlet pressure: 1 bar
Delivery pressure: 3-4 bar
Inlet temp: 110°C
delivery temp: 150°C

I don't know whether such things exist or not but are you sure they are not thermocompressors? Even if they exist, the final temperature will be not the saturated temperature at the discharge pressure and it is a wastage of energy.

BTW, saturation temperature at 1barg is 120.419 deg.C and for 1bara it is 99.6deg.C

 
I've heard this idea proposed many times, but never seen a commercial product - a superheater is just too effecient a way to raise pressure for anything else to compete effectively.

You could calculate the temperature of the steam at the outlet of a recip, but you can be assured that it will be well above the saturation temperature for the pressure. Why not use a superheater and avoid all of the messy rotating bits?

Atlas Copco made one, and they may still be available. I looked at one briefly about 25 years ago, but it didn't make any financial sense for the application.
 
If you can elaborate more or tell the application you want to have this compressor as to try to help. There might be other way of doing the compression as explained by the members here.

I believe I recall seeing screw compressors talked about being used for this service years ago in an engineering magazine.

Have you talked to the major compressor vendors?
 
There are thermocompressors in operation (basically reverse ejectors) which can upgrade low pressure steam to medium pressure steam which can find use in heating ( condensation)when multiple pressure levels exist in a complex and a high pressure motive steam is available and LP steam is being vented. This can be a very high efficiency system if the final steam is used for heating by condensation.Efficiency depends on the end use as the latent heat is very large.
 
Thermocompressors, while not only dependent upon the availability of excess HP and LP steam to come up with an intermediate pressure steam also have the limitations on their turndown ratios.
