I WANNA CREATE STATIONARY NOTE IN PROE MODEL.

I KNOW THAT WE CAN CREATE A 3-D NOTE, BUT THAT NOTE USE TO SPIN WITH THE MODEL.

I DONT WANT MY NOTE TO SPIN WITH MODEL IT SHOULD REMAIN STATIONARY THROUGH OUT.

IF ANYBODY KNOWS ABOUT THIS PLEASE LET ME KNOW ASAP

Why do you want a stationary note? Does it represent a label or etching on the part? If so use a datum curve, or cosmetic sketch. You can blank a curve, or erase a cosmetic from specific veiws on your drawing. I prefer cosmetics because they are easy to erase in views. With datum curves you have to place them on a layer and blank it, or use Member Display / Blank. Which can get messy with multiple veiws.
