I am finishing contract specifications for a WWTP and have been looking for a standard specification for the supply of a station control panel with PLC. All other instrumentation and electrical hardware/wiring has been specified in other sections. Does anyone have a spec out there that they are willing to share? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Buy a dictionary, keep it nearby and USE it. Webster's New World Dictionary of American English is recommended, and Webster's Collegiate Dictionary.

The root word for specification is specific.

I caution you against using a specification from another specific project on your specifically different project.

The savings on re-using a specification are simply not worth the potential problems. Get a PLC engineer with expertise in your field to design a PLC for your specific application.
