Static then Transient analysis

I want to perform a transient analysis of a structure in ANSYS, but because the mass loads aren't initially settled it is producing unwanted initial movement. Is there a way to do a static analysis then take the nodal displacements of that analysis and transfer them to a dynamic analysis without explicitly typing in each displacement as an initial condition?
