static label problem

i am trying to label a line by the static label method and everything works ok but my leader. there is no tail to the leader ive checked label settings leader settings and some other stuff. has anyone had this problem or know how to fix it ?

Not sure, but isn't that set up in the label template in dbConnect Manager
