I can't access to this article, even though i can go to that site. Nor can i found that article in that site by searching.

It is interesting - I once found it, saved it and later also couldn't find it again. Why not contact a university nearby to see if they have the Istanbul Conference. You could then get the paper photocopied. You could also try to email Polous directly, I understand that he is "available" on line. The site prevents me from giving my email address and it is too big for me to send via dial up which is all I have. :-((

I'm not in a position now to search - vacationing in Bangkok. But, he is Austrailian. You could search his name. He has written books for Wiley - contact them and see if they have an email. Someone else on another thread indicated that he had contacted him and didn't seem to have any trouble finding co-ordinates. If I find out I'll advise.
