Startup Dialog Box?

I just upgraded from AutoCAD 2000 to 2006 and I noticed that ACAD 2006 doesn't have the startup dialog box I'm use to using. My question is, does 2006 have a startup dialog box? If so, how do I activate it? Thanks for your input.

Options > System > Startup...
