Starting Owner/User Program 2

Talk to the Jurisdiction they will provide the necessary details. Typically, as with other states Owner/User programs, the State Jurisdiction will audit your facility every 3 years and you will follow the requirements as though you have an R-Certificate issued from the National Board. The only difference is you have your own hired commissioned Inspectors versus hiring a 3rd party inspection company.

I may suggest obtaining a copy of NB-57 The National Board Guide for Reviews. It may be downloaded from the NB web site. In addition you may review the Owner User tab that provides the name, position held and e-mail to contact. Maybe you may get lucky and some may provide their experience. Good Luck.
