Difference between Div 1 & Div 2 Class 1 burden to User

All,

I want to know what the difference in burden for the User is between §VIII, Division 1 and §VIII Division 2, Class 1 (Assume that there are no fatigue calcs). I’ve read the requirements for the UDS and nothing stands out as excessive, but I’d like to hear input from others.
