start Ansys 13

Hi guys, a funny thing happened to me since I installed ansys 13.
If I connect the PC to intenet Ansys is OK.
After I turn off the connection I get out a problem or when I start the Mechanical or Design Model.
Do you have any idea why?
It seems connected to the network adapter
