Standards for Ground reel

As per the standards what is the size of the copper cable in ground reel for grouding the Trucks.

If the grounding cable is only for static electricity discharge I think 2 AWG [35 sqr.mm] is fair enough.
If it is used to protect the truck from direct contact with live conductor 2/0[70 sqr.mm] will be recommended.
In any case the connection to ground has to be tested on line.
