standard parts database 1

I have inventor 9 professional installed, but where do I access the nuts bolts washers etc to insert into assemblies?

(In Mechanical Desktop 2005 there is standard parts database)

Use the place component command. In the left of the window choose content center files. Brows through the folders and its all there.

I have tried to access the std parts through the 'content center library files' but the folder is completely empty.
Any ideas?
