Does anyone know of references about standard operating procedures in the research of polyurethane coatings required by the OSHA regulation 1910.1450 dealing with health and safety issues in chemical laboratories? We have have a client with a small (one person) chemical lab researching polyurethane coatings and his lab must be brought into compliance. For reference, I am thinking about ASTM procedures, so am I on the right track or are there any other references that I should be researching?
