Staged Construction development

Dear Colleagues,

I need to develop staged construction manual guideline on which theoritical basis it operates and which method one have follow if one wants to derive it (on mathematical and structural engineering basis). Neeedless to say that, in order to prove the validity of that guidline it needs to be backed up with examples where very simplistic structures(no time dependent properties) should converge with contemporary computer calculations.

It seems that for the first time the google search didn't retrieve anything useful or probably I couldn't comprised very elegant search query for that. Interestingly there is not much on the literature about staged construction also, even if there is it mainly includes references to the CSI SAP2000 implemention of staged construction. So I'll ask for your guidance on which way to follow in order to fullfill that task?

What are you trying to build; can you be a little more descriptive? In my line, when we talk about "staged construction" it means we can't build the full width or length of a bridge in one shot, so we do it in stages.

The goal is to find the general procedure(as starting point mainly for buildings) for staged construction which will serve as basis for software implementation. If I need to put it in another words and more explicitly: If possible, extract or esitamete the procedure of SAP2000, Lusas, Robot Structural how they perform staged construction and formulate it.
