Curious question. How about running some of your own tests to see how they meet your criteria? On that subject, also try high calcium fly ash, since in some areas that is a waste product and it sure gets solid in a hurry. I suspect the answer depends on what your goal is. Support of a road? Support of structures? Support for a golf course?
