Staad V8i build 05 Earthquake module....

I am using Staad prov V8i Build 05. It has a new Earthquake module. But it is not activated like other modules...rc designer, Ram connection etc. My question is

1) how to activate it?
2) What does it do?

Any help will be appreciated.
