STAAD Pro Plate Modeling

I have a concrete frame to model in STAAD Pro. After I generate the meshes for the walls and slab, I input the different thicknesses. My question is: should the distances between nodes be the distance between the surfaces of the walls/slabs or the distances to the centers of the walls/slabs?

It should be the distance to the centers of the walls/slabs.
