ST3, Pathfinder panes don't open with Assembly files.

I got my multi-display issue fixed. But now when I open an assembly file (new or saved), none of the panes (pathfinder, layers, parts library, etc) show up. I have to manually turn them on every time I open as assembly, or when exit out of 'edit-in-place' and return to the assembly context. They will show up automatically during an edit-in-place.
