ST2 mirror part in assembly problem

We have just upgraded from V20 to ST2 and have a problem with Mirror Parts in assembly.
Any parts that are flagged as Mirrored throw up this error message -

"The part cannot be placed. make sure it is not a feature library part."

These are just ordinary parts modelled by us in V20.
Any parts flagged as rotated process correctly.

Any ideas?

I don't know what MP we are on but help shows version 102.00.02.06.

Apart from reinstall does anyone know of a fix?
We are on MP2 I think (Version 100.00.02.06)
Does latest MP fix it?
