Whether ASME section II part D gives external pressure chart for SS410 material?

What type product form/SA-standard do you need? And have you checked II-D yourself?
I could tell you whether its in there (and do your hoemwork), but that'd be useless not knowing which spec you need.

What I am looking for is Factor A-Factor B chart for SA-240 grade 410 (plate).

ok, got it. I had a confusion that whether ss410 will come under low alloy steel, but external pressure chart is specified in Table 1A as you indicated.
