SS304 stub end+LF2 CL.1 lap joint flange

Hello,
I have numerous SS304 150# piping class with MDMT of -48.4 deg C. I’m planning to use SS304 stub ends per ASME B16.9 with LF2 CL.1 backing flange. Can I use this combination given lowest minimum permitted temperature for LF2 CL.1 is -45.6degC as per ASME B 31.3?
