SS bolts ASME B16.5

Not sure about your specific question regarding ss bolts. ASME B16.5 is the specification for Pipe Flanges and Flanged Fittings from 1/2" thru NPS 24". In this specification, there are various groups of materials.
Table 1A in B16.5 lists all of the groups of materials that flanges can be supplied under as wrought (forgings or plate) or cast. Table 1B contains the list of bolting materials that can be used for the specific group of flange material.
