SQX only at diagonally opposite of edges of concrete slab bridges high

When I model entire slab of concrete slab bridge using 4 node elements of Staadpro V8i, I get very high SQX stresses only at diagonally opposite edges. The other elements SQX are much lower. Is this due to edge curl of elements?
