Squeezing of Liquid from a Foam/Sponge

Does anyone know if ABAQUS is capable of simulating flow of a liquid, e.g. 'extrusion' of a thin melt though a syringe, or exudation of water from a sponge when it is compressed?

I am learning Fluent and it is such a pain.
