Split Ballons in Drawing

Is there away to insert a ballon in a drawing that is split showing the detail number on top and the quantity below without having a BOM table in the assembly. Any shortcuts would be helpful.

Custom balloon.

Create your own balloon having the &asm.mbr.name and &rpt.qty as variables and replace the default one.
