Spline/Curve Offset

I have a Spline/Curve, from point A to B.
I want the Offset to be : 1 mm in A and 2 mm in B

sorry, in NX 9 , Sketch I want to do this

The sketcher cannot do this.
The sketcher does not have variable offset.
You can do this using a variable offset curve outside the sketcher.
It will still be associative / parametric.
