I have a heating drum used to to heat PVC sheet. The drum has a diameter of 600mm. A spiral channel is inside the roller to provide good heat transfer from the heating fluid to the PVC sheet. The size of the channel is 30mm wide x 12mm
deep. The overall length of the drum is 3.6m. The drum rotates at 60m/min.

I would like to know how to calculate the pressure drop of the heating fluid from inlet to exit of the drum
Craig,
Pressure drop or delta P, depends on the fluid flow ( in GPM ) ,Friction factor, Density and lenth. If you look at any
good fluid power hand book the formula should be their.
I have it, but can't type it accurately.
Ofcorse, you can always put a gauge or transducer on the inlet and out let to measure the delta P.
