spherical pattern of holes 2

I wish to make sphere shaped object with surface holes equispaced and equal in diameter.
Sphere to hole diameter is approx 6:1.

Similar to golf ball. See attache sketches.

How could this be accomplished?

Or better still would there be any sites with models I could steal rather than working for a living.

Hi,

I did not get the exact result like the one pictured. I've
attached a sample in V18 format, that's the best I've achived
so far.
All features are suppressed and rolled back
