Specifications Module Error 1

When trying to view a specification in the Specifications module. I get the following error message. Part of the problem maybe that we are moving INtools on to a Citrix server but it is not yet complete.

Error = "Cannot load page #1"

Some problems could cause this error, one to be checked is the temporary folder path.
Open the preferences and change this path.
