Dear colleagues,

I am designing a wine cooler device based on thermoelectrics and I am trying to figure out a reasonable value for specific heat capacity Cp aand density of white wine @ 10-12 C and 40-45 C respectively.

Do you have any suggestion?

Thanks everyone that replies.

In rough terms, wine is 10% alcohol and 90% water.

As for white wines: table wines contain less than 14% alcohol, dessert or aperitif wines may contain more than 20% alcohol. [smile]
