Special Truss Moment Frame

I'm designing a moment frame consisting in 40 inches x 40 inches concrete columns and a steel truss. Is a two story building. The span is 100 ft and the site is in a high seismic zone (Zone 3 as per UBC 97). I think that this kind of structure can be classified as a special truss moment frame. I will like to know if there is a span limit for this kind of structure.
