Hi All
When should we use Special Seismic Load Effects in Etabs for designing reinforced concrete frames according to IBC2012 and if
it is needed to active it in Etabs, should we use it for all members, and just choosing the choice of "Include Special...." in Etabs
is enough for considering this subject?
