SEISMIC USER DEFINED LOAD

Hello,
I have a rigid diaphragm structure and modeled seismic user-defined loads as shown in Image 1. Once I run the analysis and display the joint loads, it shows a vertical component on each floor (Image 2). Does anyone know what these are? and how to turn these off.

Did you manually apply that load to the joint under seismic Y? The double arrow head in your image means that is a twisting moment (Mz), not a vertical load.
