Spec for No. 1-64 SST pan head machine screw

Anyone know if there's a procurement spec (a spec issuing a part number) out there for this? AN520C's replacement does not include No. 1's in stainless steel! Must be 1-64UNC.

What about other head styles (must be cross-recessed and can't be flat head).
