Spacific power consumption

Dear All my question is for spacific power consumption in Vapour compresson system as it is power consumption per TR is this power include everything like Compressor power/chilled water pump power/condenser water pump power/cooling tower fan power
as i read somewhere standard spacific power consumption in case of Reciprocating- .80 KW/TR,Screw- .65KW/TR for Centrifugal -.62KW/TR is this figure include all power or only compressor power

In fan systems, if it is defined as specific power of system, than it includes all auxillyry consumption, while if it is defined for fan, it inculdes fan only.

Manufacturer liability is often questionable, however, so fine print in specs should be looked for.
