Space frames in Solid edge

Hi,

I am hoping to construct a small single seater racing car with a spacefram chassis. Is it possible to easily create a spaceframe model in Solid edge by inputting the coordinates of nodes and then describing the shape and size of the tube (not necessarily round bar) joining them?
