SP 2.1 is out, where are my PDF writer settings?

Just did the update to SP2.1 (check site for details & download), now I can't seem to find any settings to control PDF quality (which is pretty crappy with the new plugin!).
Also annotation hyperlinks don't work anymore (just now I found a very good use for them!)...
