Source for undercut flathead metric screws?

Does anyone have a source for flathead undercut metric machine screws (size m3 and m4)? Does these animals even exist?

The term countersunk is used for flathead outside USa. DIN standards are good for metric fasteners.

Fastenal can make anything for you. Lead time and minimum buy might be high though. Plus you probably will be paying $.20 a screw.
