Hi All,
I'm looking for stamped electrical contacts that can be pressed in to a plastic part post molding. I cannot seem to find anything on line. Any Suggestions?

I have a vender off-shore that does stamping for that very thing.

Why not just use one of the connector company's standard contacts? Molex/Tyco, etc have a large variety of standard contacts that you could probably design into your part

Otherwise, you just go to a precision sheetmetal stamping house and have them make a custom die that meets your design. If you need contacts in the New York metro area, I can help.
