Source for hardened AN960 washers

Where can I find hardened AN960 (aka NAS1149) washers? Zinc or cad plated, or stainless. 1/4" and 5/16" nominal, Rc 35 - 45.

I've tried the following without success:

McMaster-Carr
Bolt Depot
Barnhill Bolt
Aircraft Spruce & Speciality
Many others from Google searches

NAS1149E is a nice hard stainless series, but Google gives no hits on it.
