source for gold fatigue data

Does anyone know where I can find data for gold fatigue/creep etc? Doing failure analysis on gold beam lead diodes...thx

If you had no luck, you may have to calculate your own S-N curve. Look in Shigley and Mischke under Fatigue Strength. In the 1989 copy right it is in sectin 7-6.
