sour water accumulation system design

Dear friends,
I need some information,design basis, PID, PFD and design procedure for sour water accumulation system.
currently, we have a sour water stripper, we want to put an accumulator+pump+air cooled exchanger to send the sour gases to SRP and Flare proportionaly.
