See attached photos. What would be the best way to replace the existing wood column and concrete block pier? They are supporting a double 2x10 beam which supports floor joists. I will also attached a photo from the outside showing how the beam is sliding.

What is your frost depth? Where you are posting right above visible solid rock, I would just epoxy some rebars into the rock and pour flat footing for the column to sit on flat. The other ones, use sonatube to frost depth or to solid rock. If you encounter rock early, do the same thing and epoxy rebars into the rock.

Looks to me like the building is laterally unstable. Unless your new foundations provide lateral stability, you have not solved the problem. You may need to brace the structure at floor level to prevent further movement.
